I do actually bake things that don’t contain chocolate! Sometimes… Hehe! I really enjoyed this as a break from all the chocolate. I found being them a great post workout snack as well!
Whole food, rawish banana bread bite balls
Serving: 10 balls Time: 15 minutes
- 1 banana
- 10 pitted dates
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2,5 / 1 cup rolled oats or oat flour
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1,5 dl / 2/3 cups walnut pieces
- Mix all the ingredients except for the walnuts in a mixer or food processor until it forms a dough. If it’s too moist to roll just add some more flour, verse versa. Carefully mix in the walnuts. Roll into equal balls and voilá, enjoy!
