So you guys seemed to like my last fudge recipe so I just had to share this version as well! As I always say chocolate makes everything better! 😉
The ingredients are pretty self explorinatory! I promise you, you’ll never want anything else than this ever again!
Easiest and healthiest 2 ingredient cocoa fudge
[Vegan, whole food, refined sugar-, gluten-, grain-, oil-free, fruit sweetened, paleo]
Serving 12 pieces Prep time: 15 minutes
Freezer time: 20 minutes Total time: 35+ minutes
- 1 dl / 60g / 2 oz nuts of choice
- 6 / 50g / 1,75 oz dates
- 2-4 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
- Salt and vanilla
- Mix the nuts until smooth as nut butter in a food processor or powerful mixer. Add the dates, cocoa, salt and vanilla. I like to peel my dates as the skin of those is not stuck to the date at all but that’s completely optional.
- Transfer to a big piece of parchment paper and shape it a square, around 1,5 cm / 2/3 inches thick. Let stiffen in the freezer for around 20+ minutes, cut into 12 even pieces! Enjoy! It’s best straight out the freezer as it melts in your mouth… Omnomnom…
