Whole food protein packed brownie batter shake

Omnomnom… Chocolate cravings satisfied…

What is this? Looks good but there’s probably some expensive protein powder of some sort in it that I don’t want to buy. DON’T WORRY! The protein source actually is something as simple as beans!

– WHAT?!, you say.

Don’t worry again! This is not only packed with whole food protein and nutrients but it’s also so satisfying to your sweet tooth and your stomach!

Whole food protein packed brownie batter shake

[Vegan, protein packed, whole food, refined sugar-, gluten-, grain-, oil-free, fruit sweetened]

Serving 1 person     Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 240g / 8,5 ounces / 1 1/2 cups kidney or black beans
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • 2-3 dates or 1 tbsp of liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1,25 dl / 1/2 cup milk of your choice

Directions

  1. Just mix everything in a blender! Pour in a glass and top with your favourite toppings!
